We are passionate about creating delicious jams using the highest quality ingredients. We use locally sourced foods that are 100% natural and non-GMO. Our goal is to give you the best quality jam while valuing our local community!

100% Natural, Handmade With Love

Every jar we fill, comes out of our kitchen. We peel, core, shop, cut, freeze all the fruit. Every product gets filled by hand one by one. We always get the best products at the peak of perfection to assure we extract the sweetest, and best fruit for our jams and jellies.

We only use foods that are pesticide free, including figs, citrus, blackberries, and prickly pear cactus fruit.

LOCAL & NON-GMO

We use non-GMO sugar and fruit pectin. We source locally as much as we can, like our figs, prickly pears, mint, citrus, etc. We always get the best products at the peak of perfection to assure we extract the sweetest, and best fruit for our jams and jellies.

HANDMADE

We pit the cherries by hand, one by one! we pit the cherries by hand, one by one! Strawberries are independently frozen, and then we seal them and freeze them to use them throughout the year. We fill each jar by hand.

MADE WITH LOVE

We cook our jams and jellies in a double broiler type ketttle, with no direct fire. Every time we make these delights the smell is so delicious (blueberry jam smells like floral perfume, mmmmm!) the other one its Apricot-Pineapple jam (while cooling this one it smells crazy good too).

Born and raised in the sun-drenched landscapes of Sonora, Mexico, Chef Sara Rascon Garcia carries a rich heritage in every jar she creates. The daughter of a proud father “Proud Apple Orchards owner” from Chihuahua, mom is an outstanding inmate “Cooker” ( chef Sara when a child used to call Chefs “Cookers”) and the granddaughter of Nana Maria, her teas were magic in a cup 🤩 as whose hands stirred magic into every pot, Sara grew up in kitchens where food wasn’t just sustenance, but memory, culture, and love.

Now, as the creative spirit behind Carolyn’s Classics, Sara is honoring the past while reimagining the future of preserves. Her rebrand of the jelly shop infuses it with soul, spice, and a fearless curiosity. From the velvety depth of Old-Fashioned Apple Butter to the jewel-toned vibrance of Prickly Pear Jelly, and the fiery thrill of The Reaper hot pepper blend, each creation is a tribute to her roots and a leap into new flavor frontiers.

Sara’s preserves are more than spreads—they are stories in a jar. They whisper of desert fruits and copper pans, of desert rains and family songs, of mornings spent barefoot in orchards and nights lit by kitchen stoves.
