LOCAL, LOCAL, LOCAL!
Tempe, Arizona lemons, cane sugar and vegan pectin (Only 3 ingredients local marmalade). Small batch, handcrafted by separating the lemon rind, pulp, and juice. Then Chef Sara crafts the lemon rind into candy by cooking/drying cane sugar process, we set aside to dry up usually one day, thereafter we craft the marmalade with the pulp and lemon juice, add the candy rinds at the end of the cooking process.
Lemon Parfait: Plain Greek style yogurt, lemon marmalade, coconut flakes and shave almonds as toppings, this tastes like a "Lemon Love match made in heaven!"
