This small-batch marmalade begins with fresh lemons harvested locally (thank you, Shirley 💛), lovingly prepared by hand. Each batch is crafted by slowly candying the lemon rinds, then gently infused with fresh ginger and pure cane sugar.
Once poured, the marmalade is allowed to naturally set before being finished with a layer of pure golden honey — creating a beautiful, two-part experience in every jar.
Bright citrus leads, followed by soft warmth from ginger, and a smooth honeyed finish that lingers just right.
This is more than a jam — it’s a moment of sunshine in a jar.
