That was a bit about the past. Now let’s have a look at what’s in store for the future at Carolyn’s Classics.
After the sudden and unfortunate passing of founder Carolyn Feller in February of 2017, Michael decided to sell the business upon Carolyn’s wishes to some friends. That’s where we come in!
We are Sara Rascon & Tim Oline and we are very excited to introduce ourselves. We became friends with Michael & Carolyn and Sara began assisting Carolyn in the kitchen when needed.
Sara Rascon is executive chef and part owner. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. She also owns a catering company, Cornucopia Catering, as well as a real estate brokerage, Copper House Realty. Her passion & love for cooking and attention to detail come through in every jar of jam she makes!
Tim Oline is Manager and part owner as well. Tim has over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry and has even worked in New Zealand to help start a new enterprise there.
The two forces of Sara & Tim make for an unbeatable team!
As for the future, we are looking forward to carrying on the tradition since 1998 that is Carolyn’s Classics Arizona Gourmet Foods. Same great name, same great look, and of course, the same great TASTE!
